About
What Circlemark is
Circlemark is a commercial mortgage maturity data platform for commercial real estate brokers. We index every commercial mortgage in the county record, read the maturity date off the recorded instrument where it states one, and keep each loan's status current against the record every week — so a broker can find the loans coming due, the loans past due and still open, and the loans in distress, before anyone else calls.

What we index
New York City — every commercial mortgage, consolidation (CEMA), satisfaction, assignment, modification and foreclosure recorded in ACRIS across its four boroughs (Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens) since 2004, joined to the city's PLUTO parcel file.
Dallas–Fort Worth — the county clerk real-property records of Dallas, Tarrant and Collin counties since 2015, joined to the central appraisal districts. The Texas index publishes no loan amount, so we read the principal from page one of each recorded deed of trust.
Every field traces to a citable public record and carries its provenance; modelled estimates are always labelled as estimates. The full sourcing and verification story is on the methodology page. The data is available in the app, by weekly email digest, and inside Claude through our MCP connector.
Who builds it
Circlemark is built by Andrew Zhong, a software engineer who previously worked on machine learning for Lyft's self-driving division and led eye-tracking work on the first Magic Leap AR headset. Circlemark is a product of Revar, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
