What the county record says about commercial real estate debt

Each brief counts one thing from the recorded instruments in New York City, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio — a maturity wall, a lender's share, a cohort coming due — and says how it was counted and on what day. The figures are the pull's and are not refreshed in place; a later pull is a later brief. For the record itself and how it is read, the guides are the place, and the tutorials show how to run the same count yourself.
