Questions brokers ask
- Which plan do I need?
- Data only if you call and email from your own tools and want the record with the names behind it — most brokers do. Data + Outreach if you work lists at volume: 300 reveals a month instead of 100, and sequences that send from your own inbox. You can move between the two from your account at any time; the change is prorated.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Monthly, cancel any time from your account. Annual billing with two months free is available on request.
- How does the founding programme work?
- Book a 20-minute intro before you subscribe. If your market is one we're building, we flag your seat: you subscribe to Data only at $149 and it carries everything on Data + Outreach — 300 reveals, outreach, the wider lists — for your first 6 months. Subscribing without the call gets the plan you pick.
- What does the free seat include?
- The whole database and 10 contact reveals, with a budget of 60 searches and 60 property views — enough to check your market against what you know. It is a trial, not a plan: nothing on it renews.
- Are there usage limits?
- The allowances on each plan renew on the 1st. Searching, property pages and the map have the same fair-use guards on both plans — 150 a day and 2,000 a month, set well above what a broker working a market uses; they exist to stop bulk scraping, not to meter your work. The free seat's budget is for the life of the seat and does not renew.
- Can I get a refund?
- Cancel any time from your account and your seat runs to the end of the period you've paid for. The free seat is the trial — start there, and subscribe when you've seen your market — so paid months aren't refunded.
- Where does the data come from?
- The county recorder (NYC ACRIS, the Texas county clerks) and the appraisal rolls, plus the recorded instruments themselves, read for stated terms. Every value carries its source; the methodology page explains each step. Read the methodology →
