Claude connector
Ask Claude about maturing loans
Circlemark provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector: connect it once and Claude can search loan maturities and reveal owner contacts under your account — live data, with every provenance label intact, in plain English.
What you can ask
- “Which multifamily loans in Brooklyn over $2M mature in the next 12 months? Sort by size.”
- “Show me Queens loans from debt funds with an LTV above 70% coming due before next summer.”
- “Any maturing loans in Tarrant County with recorded distress signals?”
- “Who is behind the largest one? Reveal the contacts and draft a first-touch email that mentions their 2016 rate.”
- “How many reveal credits do I have left this month?”
Estimated maturities always travel with their label — the assistant is told which dates are stated on the recorded document and which are modelled (≈), the same rule as our methodology.
Setup — about a minute
- Open connector settings. In claude.ai or Claude Desktop: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. In a Cowork workspace, an admin can add it for the whole team from the same place.
- Enter the connector URL. https://circlemark.ai/api/mcp — authentication is always required, and Claude registers itself automatically (no client ID to paste).
- Sign in and approve. Claude sends you to circlemark.ai to sign in — never asks for your password in the chat — and shows a consent screen listing exactly what it may access. Click Allow.
- Ask. Start with a search — it's free. The assistant will tell you before anything spends a credit.
Works with any Circlemark account, free seats included. Custom connectors are available on Claude’s paid plans; in Cowork (Team/Enterprise) workspaces an admin can enable the connector org-wide, with each person connecting as their own Circlemark seat.
The tools, and what they cost
| Tool | What it does | Cost |
|---|---|---|
search_loans | Search loans by maturity window, borough/county, size, lender, LTV, distress signals, borrower or street. | Free (plan's daily fair-use limits) |
reveal_contacts | Unlock the people behind a property's loan — principals from the public record, each row citing its source, plus work emails from vendor lookups. | 1 credit · free if already unlocked |
find_phone | Run the direct-phone lanes for one person from a prior reveal. | 5 credits · charged only when a number lands |
get_credit_balance | This month's reveal-credit allowance and usage. | Free |
Credits are the same monthly allowance as the web app — 10 per month on free accounts, 300 on paid seats (see pricing). Tool descriptions state every cost, so the assistant asks before spending; phone lookups never run unasked, and a phone hold is refunded when no number is found.
Security
- OAuth 2.1, not credentials. You sign in on circlemark.ai — Claude never sees your password and holds only a revocable token scoped to your seat.
- Your account, your limits. Everything runs as you: the same plan, daily search limits, and credit ledger as the web app.
- Revoke any time. Disconnect from Claude’s connector settings, or from your Circlemark account — either ends access immediately.
Troubleshooting
- “Authentication” options: choose always required; for the OAuth client, register automatically — no client ID needed.
- Sign-in loops or a stale connection: remove the connector and add it again; the consent screen only appears the first time.
- Coverage: New York City (four ACRIS boroughs) is live; Dallas–Fort Worth counties answer through the same tools as their backfills complete.
